  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
  • If the service has already commenced, cancellation will be subject to applicable deductions based on the work completed.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The service was not delivered as promised.
    • There was a technical error or fault on our end.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully rendered or if work has been approved by the client.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized digital marketing strategies, SEO services, and social media ad spends are non-refundable.
  • Third-party expenses (such as ad spend on Google, Facebook, or other platforms) are non-refundable as they are governed by third-party policies.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Getnoted Labs reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
